LG officially announces the Optimus Vu: 5 inch display, Dual Core, Gingerbread, LTE, just 8.5mm slim

LG just officially outted their Optimus Vu Android smartphone.
The Vu was leaked last week, so it’s not that much of a suprise. We have proper specs now though, with the Optimus Vu boasting a 4:3 aspect ratio, 5 inch 1024 x 768 IPS display, with a 1.5 Ghz Dual Core Qualcomm processor, 8 Megapixel Camera, 32GB of onboard memory and LTE support. All in a package that’s 5.49 inches by 3.55 inches, and just 0.33 inches (8.5mm) slim. Unfortch it only has Android 2.3 Gingerbread and not Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich yet.
Seems to be targeted towards the same Audience as the Samsung Galaxy Note. Even has a stylus, heh. Available in South Korea first, this March. No pricing or international plans yet.
